Who is this service for?
Our Virtual Counsel® Flex Plan is for clients who need the flexibility to incur any number of hours each month but want the benefit of a reduced rate structure. The solution offers ongoing legal support for organizations that are uncertain of their specific support needs, such as in times of transaction overflow, quarter-end spikes, new product or business launches, or acquisitions.
How Does it Work?
The Virtual Counsel® Flex Plan allows organizations to benefit from a reduced rate structure as their needs expand while budgeting and forecasting legal spend with a greater degree of accuracy. Our office will work with you to assess what your current and potential needs may be and recommend the right solution for your organization. Our Virtual Counsel® Flex Plan is supported by members of ZentLaw’s core law firm team, as opposed to our contractors who support our On-Demand Solution.
Clients then have the option of utilizing the total volume of our services as needed under the solution. The Virtual Counsel® Flex Plan sliding scale rewards our clients for increased business across all areas of their organization that we support, by having the initial rate adjusted downward as the total volume of work performed by all ZentLaw attorneys on behalf of a client increases.
