Our ZentLaw subscription model is for clients who need ongoing legal support for a certain category of work (such as all transactions for a given line of business) and need to precisely budget their legal spend, without a secondment. Our Subscription Plans are for clients with ongoing needs and a steady stream of work that can be supported off-site.
How Does it Work?
Our Subscription offering allows clients to benefit from a cost-effective pricing structure while budgeting and forecasting legal spend with absolute certainty. Clients select a rate tier that applies to theirs needs and are billed a fixed monthly subscription fee for all work performed within that category. Our Subscriptions are supported by members of ZentLaw’s core law firm team, as opposed to our contractors who support our Secondments.
Using your selected tier as a benchmark, ZentLaw attorneys will work to complete all of a client’s needed work in a given area without exceeding the rate tier for the month. This allows our clients to manage overflow legal work, spikes in workflow, special projects, or any other legal support needed in that given practice area.
